Most people have given up on Halo 2 by this point, and those who haven’t will be forced to do so by Microsoft when they discontinue supporting Live for the original Xbox on April 15.
To soften the blow, Microsoft is rewarding those who are still playing Halo 2 with a three month gold membership, 400 Microsoft Points, and an invitation to join the Halo: Reach Beta.
